Carriers that send their wholesale or retail traffic to Callcentric Wholesale get reliable Tier 1 quality at low cost,
which allows increased margins and revenues.
Calls terminated via Callcentric Wholesale are monitored in real time by proprietary systems which account for all the aspects of call
quality; and adjust routing to achieve the highest possible quality to every destination. Every destination/route pair is assigned a Routing
Quality Indicator (RQI) which is constantly updated (every 5 minutes) based on the performance of the destination/route.
Originators can confidently use Callcentric Wholesale's service as a cost control tool at the top of their least cost routing tables, or as
a means of balancing bilateral agreements.
Carriers begin originating calls to Callcentric Wholesale by interconnecting by any of the following methods:
- TDM interconnects including T1/E1/DS3
- TDM PRI or SS7 signaling
- VoIP using H.323 or SIP
Carriers wishing to interconnect via TDM can do so at our New York POP via MCI, Time Warner, Verizon, or XO.
With a switch-to-switch or an IP telephony gateway connection, Callcentric Wholesale's professional deployment and provisioning team assists
